Each session lasts approximately two hours. There is a consultation followed by a gentle hands-on treatment on the couch. The three or four treatments are delivered up to one month apart. These treatment series can have a profound impact on many levels.
Taster Session: £45 per session
This is a one-off seated rebalancing treatment, about half an hour. A great way to explore Reiki before committing to a deeper treatment sequence.

What happens during a treatment?
We begin with a consultation, to establish how come you have come for treatment. I guide this conversation towards the issues which are pertinent to each particular treatment, as each one has its focus.
Having gained your consent to treatment, I will ask you to lie, fully clothed, on the treatment couch. You will be very cosy, with a pillow under your head, and I will cover you with a blanket, play soft music and then place my hands lightly down your mid-line, from the crown to the feet, first down the front, then down your back. The treatment is delivered in silence.
Once completed, I will leave you for a few moments to relax and allow the energies to settle, before bringing you a glass of water, at which point we can share our experiences of the treatment.
It is advisable to leave no longer than a month between each session in the cycle of three or four, to maximise effectiveness. Once you leave, try to have some down time, and drink lots of water.
You may notice synchronicities, a shift in your senses and/or unusual dreams both before and after the treatment, which is completely normal.
